I was using it with Nraas' decensor. I uninstalled all of my mods with the latest patch and am reinstalling slowly but surely. NRaas has updated decensor, so we'll see if it works now.
I am not 100% sure I understood what you've installed. However, a Skin is just a skin (under clothing and underneath the mosaic) and to get rid of the mosaic you'll also need the The Sims 3 - Censor Grid / Blur Remover. Have you installed it?
