the only thing I can think about is that you have other stuff installed that conflicts with the download (e.g. Game Booster) or that you don't have all the addons required to use the house.
... luck with my sim skin. Still show as a barbie. I have removed files, gone to dresser and changed appearence as well as makeup and hair and moved other mods to see if any conflict. It also only shows the barbie skin in create a sim. Files have installed in programm 86x i even did copy of the file ...

Tattoos are not things that young people can't have (and it is not offensive or anything, is nothing sexual. And even if it was, there are nude mods and skins, and they can even do "Woohoo" with other mods)
