Problem with donating

At the donation page when I click on 'submit' after filling in my donation information I am am simply taken to my Paypal homepage. how do I know where to send the donation too?

Hello reaction80

At first: Ensure you are registered and logged in at xSims.de when you donate.

You are taken to the paypall home because You need to log in to paypall there.
After You log in there, it should bring You to a new page, that know who to send, and the amount of money chosen by You.


To ensure no problems may turn up:
Please, in the message box on payment, do type Your xSims user name. Also the email You used when register to xSims. This is just to prevent problems, in case the email You used here, should not be the same, as the one You use for paypall.

Thanks Alrune, in addition following a screenshot of what it should look like:

xSims PayPal Screen Download


You can see that the recipient is automatically filled in. All you have to do is fill in the amount you want to donate if you have not already done so in our donation form on our website, log in on PayPal and send the donation.

Thanks for the responses, still didn't work though. However, changing my browser from Google Chrome to Firefox DID solve the problem. Strange huh? When I said that I was taken to my homepage what I meant was I was taken to my paypal page as though I had simply logged into it from scratch. No matter though - problem solved :)

Good to se Your problem is solved. Also good to know that Google Chrome may cause truble .

Firefox had truble on paypall several month ago but that is solved now.

Nothing we can do about it but wait for paypall and Google Chrome to agree on the code.
It happend for firefox, so i gues it may happen again for Google Chrome.

I thought i was loged in when i did donate, and clearly i wasnt cause i can't download anything. I have the recepit. can someone help please
