Trouble getting the nude skins to work

I am having trouble getting the nude skins to install. I go thought all the steps to install the nudes "The Sims 3 - Nude Skins Shaved" but it never shows. I detected the file in my documents so it can rebuild it and still nothing. The weird part is the other mods work. I can get naked and wear the clothes on here that work fine but it always shows the barbie doll or ken look, no nipples or penis. Not sure what is wrong but would like to see if somebody can help. Thank You

Ok i got it working. There was another nude patch I installed that was not letting the new nude patch set. So I deleted all the files in the mod folder and started fresh. It works good now.
