Nude Clothes for Females - How do I install these?

I would love to use this, but I have no idea on how to install it. at all. I downloaded 7Zip, this file, I put it in electronic arts>sims 3>ContentPatch>Download...... and its in there. I dont know if I unzipped it. I keep installing it, and it always gives me the same result: I must delete three other things first before the installer runs properly or something like that. Can you help me? xD

Hi,

The Installer just asks you to delete some game cache files if it can't do it by himself.

Please describe in more detail what exactly you are doing (step by step) and what error messages you get and what is not working like you expected. When you did that I might be able to help you.
