I donated but never got the benefits?

Yesterday I decided to donate and become a supporter, I donated the
$7 USD which equates to $10 Canadian for me but it never authorized me
To get access and still today I'm not considered a supporter.

Yes I was signed into my account when I donated, I'm not mad I just
Want the privileges to be given to me.
