Sims 4 Mosaic Censor Grid Remover & Nude Clothes issue

Hi There, :D
I am rather baffled, I downloaded the censor grid remover and the nude clothes patch, but both are not working on my SIMS 4 I am not very tech savvy, so don't know what's wrong, HELP PLEASE!! :cry: :roll:

Please explain in more detail what and how it is not working and what you already tried to fix it. Please also check our FAQ for some of the most common issues an how to fix them. Another source for help is this forum, so please use the search function.
