Select Asian retailers are already reporting a Saturday release with other stateside shops looking to drop the Uptempo “All-Star” Pack on February 25th as well.
It seems as though the Swoosh team has been further digging into their archives because we’re now learning that they’re slated to bring back yet another retro hoops silhouette this year – the Air Max Uptempo te Koop. The 1997 icon which was once closely associated with legendary sharpshooter Reggie Miller, is expected to return to the market in an array of colorways, one being this OG two-toned makeup last saw a release in 2009.
Air Max Uptempo Schoenen Based off of newly surfaced official imagery, we find that most of the real estate from the tumbled leather side walls to the nubuck throat overlays are dyed in a stark black, but the pair is spruced up with vibrant energy through the volt accents that stand out through the Swooshes, full-length Air units, and tongue logos.
The All-Star Weekend festivities may be over, but Nike Sportswear still has a bunch of heat that was unveiled in New Orleans last week opening up for a more general release this Saturday, February 25th. Perhaps the most unexpected drop was the Air Max Uptempo Heren/Dames University Blue “All-Star” Pack, a trio that took the infamous Uptempo series to task with a lifestyle suede rendition on each classic 90s basketball model.
