xSIMS House Joy by Praeki1 5
Präki1 has just finished a the Joy House for xSIMS. It comes with the Sims Minka & Tinka Joy who live in more than 12 rooms. They have many way to enjoy their lives... chilling at one of the pools, sipping some old bottle of wine from their own cellar, working our at the gym and many more.

So if you're up for two new neighbours then you should get Minka & Tinka.
