The three houses all have the lot size of 3 x 3, a living room with an American style kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.
House 2 and 3 also have a hobby- or study-room. And only house 3 has a second living room as well as a swimming pool.
House one is the cheapest at 25.174 Simleons, house two costs 29.893 Simleons and house three is at 44.083 Simleons.
