The skin is shaved, pierced and tattooed. In game your Sim will be completely naked.It works simply by choosing this skin as skin colour. That means that you Sim will always be naked under his clothes. The best way to see this is when your Sim is naked e.g. When he jumps under the shower. It works only with newly created Sims.
The bikini is not included in the download.

Der Skin ist rasiert tätowiert und gepierct. Er wird ganz normal als Hautfarbe gewählt. Das heißt, Euer Sim wird "unten drunter" immer nackt sein. Dies erkennt man dann besonders gut, wenn Euer Sim z.B. in die Dusche springt. Nur für neu erstellte Sims.
Der Bikini ist nicht in dem Download enthalten.
