some of the things you suggested such as the penis have been discussed before. They need 3d modelling and we currently don't have anyone in our team who has the time and means for that. Piercings are a nice idea though.

Yes there is a breast slider included in mc. And You use it in cas. For one i gave my sims maid quite big ones so i know it works.

Would it be possible to add a slider for the breasts but not in a out/in horizontal fashion, more like hard and pointy to soft and floppy, meaning from enhanced straight up tits to more natural soft/downward fashion. Some women have different breasts and it would really make each woman different. Remember what Warlokk did for Sims 2?
