I tried your technique for money and can't get it to work.

I also researched on the internet and the best I found for adding money to Sims 4 is the motherlode cheat.

Also, I was reminded of something someone had shown me and I researched it, as I don't like using all those friggin lights:

"With The Sims 4’s latest update, Invisible Lights from The Sims 3 World Adventures update are now back to The Sims 4 as well!

To add invisible lights into your Room, open Build Mode and enter the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat. Select filters and choose Content > Debug."

I forgot to say turn on testingcheats on, you need this on to use the better cheats. Those invisible light have been around for a while. They fix the lighting problem a while back so you don't need so many lights anymore, just try different ones, also it depend of the height of your walls.

Happy Simming

I've found those invisible lights can be too bright and causes my characters too look too washed out for my tastes.

I believe making the ceiling higher would solve this problem with the lights. I designed this Sims palace on a vacant lot. Gotta see about making the ceiling higher.

Ah, it didn't work. I replaced all the invisible lighting with the saucer lights. They don't show as much and the higher walls make it easier to get below the lights when toying with my Sims 4 characters.

I also gave up waiting for my Sims to gain weight from eating. When they get too slim I just kick them out, remake them and put them back in the game at the right weight.

I must admit, my created Ghost Family is pretty strange.
I just gave them a swimming pool and did some modifications to their mansion.
Of course, I made them super-rich. I just may give them even more money!

That's my style as their God

The Ghosts seem to be getting along well enough with my perfect family.
Although some seem rather tense.
