Diese Tattoos basieren auf dem für den unteren Rücken. Ich bin kein Genie, wenn es um die Swatches geht deswegen sind sie einfach gehalten und Du brauchst vielleicht etwas Geduld beim Experimentieren bis Du die richtige Behaarung gefunden hast.

es wäre wunderschön, wenn die nach den ganzen updates (freunde etc.) wieder funktionierten.

After the 1/12/2017 update, my Sims that have a Thumpbunny Tattoo still have it, but the icon to select the tattoo is no longer accessible. In other words, I can't edit it on existing Sims or add it to new Sims.

On further review, it's sporadic. It is most often available normally, but every once in a while it's just not there. I thought that it might be on just teens soon after their birthdays, but I can't get it to repeat with any regularity.

It doesn't work. I can't find it in the tattoos, though my game assures me that the mod is active.
