Now that the new update lets us customize gender to where we can have trans sims and such, I want there to be the options for the sims to have both male and female parts, such as a penis and breasts, or a vagina and no breasts. Post-gender reassignment surgery sims!

Hey Sckit,

That is something I will do after I have updated all the current nude skins and other mods the last EA patch rendered useless. :thumbup:
